An Innovative Approach
What we love most about our jobs at Vivid Digital Media is helping clients solve problems, and 2020 presented us all with a doozy. The Brunswick County Home Builders Association needed a way to make sure the 2020 Parade of Homes could happen safely, ensuring the health of attendees and the much-needed stream of income the Parade provides for the Association. Vivid Digital Media created a gorgeous new website, including beautiful commercial photos and virtual tours for each new construction. This allowed folks to "attend" the event from the comfort of home and gave the Parade tremendous exposure in northeastern states such as Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. In addition, VDM helped the Home Builders Association promote the event via social media and Google ads. The result? A smashing Parade success with healthy local attendance and more than 130,000 website views in the first 4 weeks after going live.
The new Brunswick Parade of Homes website features a unique page for every listing that tells viewers everything they need to know about each builder, remodeler, and new home.
In addition to needing a web-based solution for the Brunswick Parade of Homes, the Association also needed to get the word out. Vivid Digital Media leveraged Facebook to generate buzz around the hybrid event.
To make a hybrid virtual solution work for the Parade of Homes, the Association needed beautiful images of each home. Vivid Digital Media drove more than 1,100 miles over 8 weeks shooting 47 new constructions for the website. The photos were used to create virtual tours of each home, allowing people to "attend" the event virtually.
